INTRODUCTION

Our Early Intervention programme provides students with critical support at a formative stage, helping them identify their strengths, build essential life and career skills, and develop a sense of active citizenship. 

This programme aims to empower young people to make informed decisions about their future and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

SKILLS IDENTIFICATION & DEVELOPMENT

We help students discover their strengths and growth areas through self-assessments, workshops, and group discussions. Using the Skills Builder Framework, we develop key skills like Listening, Speaking, Teamwork, and Leadership with interactive activities, hands-on learning, and personal reflection.

EDUCATIONAL & CAREER PATHWAY EXPLORATION

We broaden students’ perspectives on education and careers by introducing diverse fields, industries, and the skills required for various professions. Through workshops, presentations, and career fairs, they gain insights from professionals and understand the connection between their education and future opportunities. By fostering ambition and goal-setting, we encourage them to explore possibilities beyond traditional career paths.

ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP

We inspire social and environmental awareness through projects, discussions, and hands-on initiatives like volunteering and community clean-ups. DIGITAL & LIFE SKILLS TRAINING

We equip students with essential life skills like communication, problem-solving, time management, and financial literacy. Through digital skills training in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, they gain confidence in navigating a technology-driven world. By learning to use online platforms effectively and crafting CVs and cover letters, students prepare for both personal and professional success.
