Our Digital Skills Training programme provides hands-on learning opportunities to help participants develop fundamental and advanced digital skills. Through a structured curriculum, participants will gain proficiency in essential computer applications, communication tools, and job readiness skills.

In today’s digital world, having strong computer and technology skills is essential for personal and professional growth. Whether you’re looking to enhance your employability, start an online business, or improve your digital literacy, our Digital Skills Training programme is designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to thrive in the modern workforce.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The programme runs every month, with 15 hours of training per week (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday). Participants are expected to be fully committed to attending all sessions, as consistency is key to mastering digital skills and successfully completing the programme.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Our curriculum covers four key areas:
1. Introduction to Computers and Digital Literacy
- Understanding computers and operating systems
- File management and storage
- Introduction to Microsoft Word and basic typing skills
- Practical exercises in document creation, editing, and formatting
- Customised mail merging and template document creation
2. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Introduction to Microsoft Excel and its integration with Word for mail merging
- Data management, formulas, functions, and analysis
- Introduction to PowerPoint and presentation design
- Inserting multimedia and visual elements into presentations
- Practical applications of PowerPoint
3. Internet, Communication Tools, and Cloud Computing
- Internet basics and safe browsing practices
- Email and professional communication
- Social media for personal branding
- Introduction to cloud computing
- Google Workspace and productivity tools
4. Digital Applications and Job Readiness
- Introduction to online learning platforms
- Freelancing and online job opportunities
- Basic graphic design using Canva
- Job search strategies and CV writing
- Presentation and public speaking skills
